The easiest way (but not the best way) is to simply add a link to your website called "Follow the Chamber" that links to your twitter account. In my case the twitter account I would use is www.twitter.com/richardscully, but in your case it might be www.twitter.com/chambercommerce. In my opinion the best way to display Chamber Twitters on your website would be to use modules found here, but if you use a content management system like Joomla for your website, then you can quickly find various twitter modules that will show LIVE updates through your website.
